The rules and guidelines for using IPTV Canada. Please read carefully before subscribing.

1. Service Description
IPTV Canada provides internet-based television streaming services. Our service includes live TV channels, video-on-demand content, electronic program guides and catch-up TV delivered over the internet to compatible devices.
2. Subscription & Billing
- All IPTV Canada plans are prepaid for the selected term (1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months).
- Payment is required before service activation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
- Each subscription includes one active stream on one device unless a multi-device add-on is purchased.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your IPTV Canada login credentials, all activity under your account, ensuring your internet connection meets minimum requirements, and using a compatible device and application.
Sharing your IPTV Canada account credentials with unauthorized users or reselling access without a reseller agreement is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use IPTV Canada only for lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer or scrape our platform, use automated tools or bots, rebroadcast or redistribute content, or use the service to infringe copyright.
5. Service Availability
IPTV Canada aims for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance or issues beyond our control may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for interruptions caused by your internet provider or device malfunction.
6. Content & Channel Lineup
Channel availability and VOD content are subject to change without notice. We regularly update the lineup to improve quality. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific channel or title.
7. Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted within 7 days if the service is proven non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the issue. No refunds are issued for change of mind or incompatible devices. See our full Refund Policy.
8. Termination
IPTV Canada reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity or causes harm to our platform. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
9. Privacy
Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of IPTV Canada after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
